PETRVS has built trusted relationships with General Contractors throughout the Northeast in order to offer this valuable service to current and future clients.

Design-build is a project delivery system which overlaps the design and construction phases to streamline a project from inception to completion.  The approach has seen a renaissance in the past decade, returning to the fundamentals from the Master Builders of Ancient Greece.  It is a single source entity with total project accountability that more feasibly controls cost and schedule, which minimizes project risk to the Owner.

ADVANTAGES
+    Convenience - The Owner will have one entity – the Design-Build Team - as a single point of contact, rather than individual contractors and consultants to review items such as revisions, budgeting, permitting, and billing.

+    Precision - The General Contractor is involved from the beginning of the project and maintains an active dialogue with the Owner and Architect.  This increased level of communication eliminates oversights and optimizes return on investment.
